Sanjaya Malakar and Howard Stern

Sanjaya is a contestant on American Idol, the number one ranked show on American television, and he’s been getting far more press than is deserved.
The guy cannot sing. Period.
Sanjaya performed last week in (what is now known as) a pony-hawk, which only added to his overall idiocy.
A website, www.votefortheworst.com, encourages it’s readers to vote for the worst American Idol candidate, and has nominated Sanjaya as it’s target for this season. VoteForTheWorst has had some press in the past, but this year it’s gone much further.
Howard Stern, self-proclaimed “King of all Media”, has taken this website under his wing, and is encouraging his almost five million listeners to vote for Sanjaya as well. If FOX is claiming an average of 30 million phone calls voting for contestants, five million would certainly sway things.
From the New York Times:
“We’re corrupting the entire thing,” Mr. Stern said on his Sirius Satellite Radio show Thursday, the day after Mr. Malakar secured a place in the top nine finalists. “All of us are routing ‘American Idol.’ It’s so great. The No. 1 show in television and it’s getting ruined.” By promoting Mr. Malakar, Mr. Stern says, he hopes to turn the talent competition into a farce and destroy its popularity.
This should be one of the most interesting seasons of American Idol yet.

I SAY IF MELINDA doesn’t win it.. I may just forget it exists next year.. why vote when yours obviously doesn’t count.???. GORE LOST.. even though the people wanted him and LOOK WHAT HAPPENED…. TRAGIC to watch good singers slink off and him sit there smerking.. MAKES ME SICK!!! : (
Sanjaya much be congratulated for trying Yes he might be the worst but he is probably not listening to anyone. I think he should follow through as long as the voters will allow him to. Come to think of it, he is cute and offers a lot of star qualities that teens will buy in to it. I think he could give Michael Jackson a run for his money. With a little engineering and digital tuning he can produce a rap, or two.

Sanjaya is the most hottest guy on earth. I was very upset when he got voited off I might not even watch theshow nowI was only watching it because of him now that’s hes off I dont want to. I LoveYou Sanjaya!!!!!
