And it looks fantastic!
The Baker City Herald now looks a bit more mainstream with easy-to-read text, a simple layout of links, and even offers multimedia links to videos and slideshows of local events. Very, very cool.
I used to visit their website often when we were planning on moving over from Bend. I think it’s awesome that we now have a professional-looking website from a small-town paper that currently has only 4 cars for sale, and 7 houses for sale in their classifieds.
Nice job, ‘Herald!
Hopefully they won’t follow the lead of the other paper that is owned by Herald-parent Western Communications (the Bulletin) and start charging for content.
