New Guy / New School
January 25, 2012New guy in the kitchen (he’s been with us for 6 months now, but until we hire someone else he’s still “new guy”) has a strange way of tossing dough.
He slaps it side to side, and it trips me out.
It gets the job done, by all means, but it’s still strange.
