The Hungry Planet

A photo of Whitey and I with all of the food we consume in a week would consist of flour, salt, yeast, tomato sauce, and cheese. Namely pizza. Pizza, lots of seafood, salad stuff, and beer & wine.

Wow! What a fascinating book. I am going to see if the library has it. The differing amounts of packaging and quantities of fresh produce are very interesting. I am assuming the per person cost would be based on the number of people in the picture. We spend about $100 per week for the 6 of us. Cool.
