Tomorrow is our Health Inspection. I printed out all 148 pages of the Food Sanitary Code and bound in in a black binder, making notes in the margins and highlighting the interesting points.


Tonight, we made toasted raviolis, BBQ chicken wings, and my signature salad. MIL, Whitey and I sat around the stainless prep table and discussed the pros and cons of each dish. All I wanted to do, honestly, was eat and pass out.So. tired.
