It’s picture-perfect. The OCD in me made it a perfect circle, with perfect crust, and the perfect amount of toppings.

They came back later in the evening to try some Strombolis. Afterwards, one of the guys said he’d be back tomorrow to try a toasted sub; they’re in town for a week doing a remodel job and none of them know how to cook with the small kitchen in their motel room.
