55 pizzas

Last night, we fed 130 people by delivering 55 large pizzas, all within 15 minutes.

Well.Oiled.Machine.

Our crew was so awesome, so meticulous about getting everything prepped, made, baked and packaged.

When we made the first delivery, it was like a feeding frenzy. When we made the final delivery, we were given props from the group leaders about getting everything there on time and HOT.

“Are you responsible for these pizzas,” GuyInBlueJacket asked me.

“Yes,” I replied. “Did you need something else?”

He smiled and said, “Yeah, a Paizano’s in Idaho where I’m from! This pizza is really good. You all did a great job.” (high-five inserted here)

A job well-done is worth almost as much as the job pays. Too bad US Bank won’t accept compliments instead of loan payments. 🙂
