I’m a firm believer in Karma, which is basically the Golden Rule — I’ll treat you with respect, common courtesy, and integrity, and I expect the same.
My disappointment is when these simple expectations are not heeded, and I find myself crying.
Just a big ol’ sobbing mess of a woman. That’s me tonight.
I found a little blue pill that does the opposite of keep you up (ha ha), and I plan on keeping it on task. I just keep asking the same question over and over….
what feels worse? Guilt or Betrayal?
Bah. I’ll think about it tomorrow. Or maybe not. I’ve got work to do.
PS: I may turn Catholic just to have the luxury of a confessional booth. Confession sounds much cheaper than a therapist, AND, I heard they serve wine….. right? Wait. That’s the blue pill kickin’ in. 🙂 Sorry, Mom. No politics. No religion.
