Whatever brought this on… I feel your pain. We cook in a wood oven and a certain amount of char is normal and even desirable and yet I’ve heard people complain about it being burnt.
I would still eat the MIDDLE out of those burnt pizzas… 😀
Call me weird but the first photo is how I like my pizza nice black bubbles a good burnt crust flavor!
Me too, JC. Except that pie would get sent back in a heartbeat. If it were set in front of me, I’d immediately claim the biggest bubble (I call them pizza “warts”) and pop that bugger off the top and it would go straight into my mouth.
